This is the second standalone store in the city, the first one being in the Empress Mall. The Body Shop has recently launched a new campaign ‘FOREVER AGAINST ANIMAL TESTING’ for a global ban on cosmetics animal testing on products and ingredients by 2020, revolutionizing the beauty industry and protecting millions of animals around the world. Partnering with the leading non-profit organization working to end animal testing, Cruelty Free International, The Body Shop aims to collect 8 million signatures and will take the campaign to the highest authority, the United Nations, and request an international convention banning cosmetics testing on animals forever and everywhere.
